With more than 75 years of combined nonprofit experience, Life on Belay’s team is made up of veteran strategists and idea-generators who are convicted by the Lord and a shared call to service. Our Approach

Life on Belay will not be another in a long line of nonprofits to offer services directly to families in need. Rather, our work will be to strengthen and align the nonprofits, churches, and leaders already serving those families by helping to refine their core programs, increase access to sustaining resources, and bring all of them together under a common strategy that holistically addresses the community’s primary pain points.

Strengthening Nonprofits

Strengthening nonprofits through strategy, analysis, and coaching services: Life on Belay assists organizations through services such as program assessment and design, metrics development, training and education, fundraising analysis and strategy, and leadership development.

Uniting Leaders and Efforts

Uniting leaders and efforts: Life on Belay brings providers and members of the church together under a collaborative strategy, streamlining access to services for families, filling gaps in care, reducing duplicated efforts and driving progress on core community-wide outcomes.

MOBILIZING THE CHURCH

Mobilizing the Church: Life on Belay activates church communities to provide long term, transformational support to the most vulnerable through a life coaching training program and introducing church led ministries into the community. These structured, purposeful relationships help families have long-term support focused on breaking out of cycles of dysfunction and poverty in their lives.
