Topic: Coaching with Clarity: How to Address Staff Issues Without Losing Your Culture

Overview:
You’ve got staff who care deeply about your mission—but if we’re honest, some show up late, push back on assignments, or treat paid roles like glorified volunteer positions. Sound familiar?

This 60-minute webinar will give you the tools and confidence to reset expectations, coach your staff without guilt, and create a culture of accountability that still feels like family. Whether you’re a supervisor, director, or executive leader, this is your roadmap to addressing performance issues with clarity, consistency, and care.

You’ll also learn how to use your team’s behaviors—not just their job performance—to evaluate whether they’re truly in the right role. We’ll introduce a simple, game-changing tool to help you coach and evaluate staff in alignment with your core values.

What You’ll Learn:

  • How to coach staff clearly without overexplaining or avoiding hard conversations
  • A tiered approach to performance issues that preserves relationships while raising standards
  • Why leadership consistency is non-negotiable—and how to get every supervisor aligned
  • A powerful tool to assess whether a staff member “gets it,” “wants it,” and fits your values
  • How to implement all of this without overwhelming your team or your time

Bonus for Attendees:
Everyone who attends will receive our Performance Coaching Toolkit—a one-page resource that includes a coaching script, a staff evaluation grid, and a 1:1 meeting agenda you can start using immediately.
