Audits: Our team can audit any part of your organization or initiative, from a holistic view, down to individual parts, such as your board, your funding strategy, or your process. We go into each audit with empathy and an open mind, allowing the audit to guide findings-based recommendations, leading to innovative next steps and ideas.
There’s a large-scale problem in our community that we can’t seem to solve.
Collaborative Impact Initiatives: Life on Belay offers the strategy, expertise, relational network, and guidance to help you kick-start a Collaborative Initiative. Pulling resources together, we will connect you with like-minded organizations and leaders to accelerate a sustainable solution. The only way to truly pull individuals out of crisis is to provide them with an ongoing system of support, and that can only happen when organizations and change-makers are connected.
Our leadership team doesn’t feel equipped to execute our mission.
Leadership Development and Executive Coaching: As a mission-driven organization ourselves, the Life on Belay team has over 75+ years of combined experience in mission implementation. We are passionate about developing leaders and executives with empathy, understanding, and humble guidance. We can provide your leadership with coaching, consulting, curated training sessions, transition plans, people assessments, and unbiased analysis.
Our organization or initiative isn’t running smoothly.
Organizational Health and Operation Systems: Through a year-long engagement, we can guide your organization and processes through our curated model to strengthen you from the inside out. Using our team’s SCRUM methodology, we will provide coaching and training, continually ideating and refining to reimagine your systems together.
We don’t know how to solve this problem.
Strategic Consulting: We’ll tackle any problem with you, big or small, with no fear–our team is really good at this. Through our research-backed process, we can guide you through several categories of strategic solutions, including: strategic planning, retreats and workshops, revenue or fundraising strategy, marketing and data strategy, donor or partner relationships, growth and scalability, and more.
How do you approach team training sessions?
Team Training Sessions: We approach team training sessions with a desire for deep relationships and understanding. With humility, we will get to know your team to uncover their pain points, and personalize our process to exactly what you need. Through practical tools, your team can then implement solutions immediately. Some of our training sessions include: trauma-informed care training, telehealth training, housing system models, publicity training, decision-making, and overall performance.
We desire to build or refine a program, but don’t know where to start.
Multidisciplinary Program Building: Our team unites leaders, consultants, and data-analysts, with an expansive network in policy, social work, media, and other areas of expertise. Using a multidisciplinary approach, we can guide your organization to build or refine your program, and see your mission come to life. Some of our program building efforts include: KPI and investment metrics, acceleration teams, testing and refining through SCRUM methodology, marketing metrics, and more.
We don’t understand our market.
Research and Data: Through our nationwide network, we have been given access to some of the biggest data pools in our nation surrounding vulnerable populations and efforts. We either already have the data you need to understand your market, or will acquire it. Guiding your team to implement that data, we will break it into visuals and tools for practical use.
