JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Consultant, you will actively contribute to capacity-building projects for our partner clients and play a vital role in advancing Life on Belay’s mission. Reporting to the Director of Consulting Services, you will collaborate with the team to strengthen client operations, systems, and outcomes. Your responsibilities include supporting project execution, taking ownership of assigned deliverables, and helping build trusted client relationships.

Client Services

  • Contribute to building trusted client relationships by delivering high-quality work and demonstrating professionalism.
  • Participate in assessing client operations and identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, systems, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with team members to design and implement tailored strategies that address client challenges and deliver measurable impact.
  • Develop recommendations and actionable insights through research, analysis, reports, and presentations.
  • Support ongoing monitoring of project progress and contribute to ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Pray faithfully for the clients we serve.

Business Development

  • Identify opportunities to expand engagements with current and prospective clients.
  • Represent Life on Belay at conferences, events, and client meetings alongside other team members.

Operational Excellence

  • Contribute to refining Life on Belay’s delivery of products and services to maximize impact.
  • Support the development of Life on Belay intellectual property, tools, and frameworks.
  • Uphold ethical standards and align all actions with Life on Belay’s mission and values.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Relevant internship or professional experience in consulting or a related field is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
